HOW TO PLAY 7.TV is proud to offer its registered users the ability to Watch, React, Win, & MORE, by playing ReacTV®! Our current ReacTV show schedule is posted on our home page at 7.TV. Registered users are known as "Reacters," and Reacters have the opportunity to play live, PRIZING games, for approximately 4 or more hours every day. In between live PRIZING games, players can still log in and hone their skills by playing repeating PRACTICE games during off hours. (Note: No prizes are awarded during PRACTICE game shows.) ReacTV's 30 minute live PRIZING game shows allows Reacters at home or work to watch, play and compete for prizes by reacting to real-time trivia, word puzzles, and CRĀV® ads. Each 30 minute ReacTV Game Show is broken down into three rounds, and each ten minute round consists of two different segments: Reactive Games: trivia questions and word puzzles CRĀV Advertising: reactive ads that are part of the game - answer questions about them to earn game show points and to win special CRĀV prizes. Players make selections and respond via the Internet, by clicking their answers in the "Dashboard" area that appears below the TV screen. During PRIZING shows, prizes are awarded every half hour to Game Show winners, and every 10 minutes to CRĀV winners. That means there are two ways to play and win playing ReacTV Game Shows: If you don't have time to complete a 30-minute game show, you can simply watch our CRĀV ads every 10 minutes on the 7's, and then react to the onscreen question and one or two follow-up questions to be eligible for CRĀV prizes. Find out if you've won within 10 minutes. OR, You can play an entire ReacTV Game Show every :30 minutes during PRIZING hours - just like your favorite TV game shows, but with a big difference - YOU can win, instead watching someone else win! In 30 minutes (see figure), you'll play three, 10-minute category-specific rounds, featuring our two GĀM's, Psyche!™ and Alpha-Bet, as well as our famous CRĀV ads. Earn points for playing the GĀM's and watching CRĀV ads - winners appear on the Leaderboard at the end of each Game Show! Question categories (known as "FLĀVORS") change every 10 minutes, and rotate on the hour. FLĀVORS include: MediaMix:  TV shows, music, the Internet and more. Fan-Tastic: For the sports-minded. Time Capsule: A look back on pop culture & history. Know News: Unforgettable stories, ripped from real headlines. SchoolDaze: Back to blackboard basics. Wildcard: Stay on your toes, anything goes. The first thing to know about playing ReacTV game shows is that you enter your answers in the Dashboard area BELOW the screen - NOT by clicking on the TV screen. The Dashboard choices match the on-screen numbers, but the dashboard also contains important follow-up questions and Ad Survey questions. So don't forget to answer questions in the dashboard. HOW TO PLAY Psyche!: Psyche! Is a trivia game that needs your full attention, if you expect to win. It's really twisted - because the answers change as the clock counts down. The faster you answer correctly, the higher the points; but the correct answer might change midway through the question, and players need to change their answer quickly to save as many points as possible. 7.TV has even added Google search to the site, to help the multi-taskers in the crowd to get every edge they can when playing Psyche! Go ahead and try it yourself! HOW TO PLAY ALPHA-BET: Alpha-Bet is a multiple choice, fill-in-the-blanks version of hangman. The mystery word puzzle is gradually revealed over 4 stages, with the 4th stage being a real mind-bender - players have to match color-coded letter as the timer counts down. The "BET" in Alpha-Bet is the Alpha-Bet wager. At the beginning of the puzzle, you get to wager some or all of your game show points so far, that you'll get all four stages of the Alpha-Bet puzzle correct. Get a question wrong in any stage, and your score will be reduced by the amount of your wager; but get them all right, and your score is increased by that same amount. The Alpha-Bet wager will make or break your chances of winning the game show. HOW TO PLAY CRĀV: The last game each round is called CRĀV. CRĀV turns commercials into games - you'll want to pay extra close attention to the brief 2 minute ad break, because when it's over, you'll be asked a question about one of the products. Get the question right, and earn 7,000 game show points. But, answer the follow-up questions in full, and you might win a prize right away - CRĀV prize winners are announced every 10 minutes. CRĀV adds a whole new meaning to "paying attention." During some of the CRĀV ads, you'll even see a question in the Dashboard while the ad is playing, inquiring if you would like more info on the product, or if you enjoyed the ad. ALWAYS respond to the Ad Survey - you'll earn 2,000 game show points just for reacting, whether you answer yes or no! Ad Survey points add up, so be sure to react!
